  Is the worst place you can think of that you will get better if you visit reception is the worst things they are very rude and they are not for you to go there I just change to another surgery ....

  What are joke. Im 21 and if this the future for NHS gp surgerys then the future wont be a long one! The new staff on reception clearly had no idea what they are doing... where is the training? How to you recuit people?, constantly having to leave the desk to speak to other staff to confirm how to do her job. They are so unorganized, the phone line is always busy when you ring up but magically when you are on the premises there is not a soumd of one phone then, when you look into reception there are more then 3 staff sitting around on computer's.. no one knows how to pick up a phone? Or are you selective in the time you decide that peoples health care is important?... The que build up seems to get busier everytime I go for an appointment with disappointed community members, and as usual majority of the receptionists are rude or lack the speed or the job requirements of basic customer service. One main doctor who if you want to see , be prepared to wait 4 months as she is the only one who seems to know what shes doing, the other doctors are always available and never know what is wrong with you and when they do seem to give medications that no longer exist ... when do you refresh your knowledge and trade? or tell you to speak to the receptionist for a specimen, which today a new member of staff had no idea about... Its a shame that seymour groove had to join with brooks bar and create such a dysfunctional surgery. The surgery and staff there were outstandingm Lets hope that they make some serious improvements because a new building will not change the function of this establishment. I actually got asked to come in to bring back a speciman today because they didnt have the basic equipment needed ? Do we not have jobs, lifes and other commitments also, its hard enough getting an appointment , which is unacceptable considering you now have more than 3 doctors on your books. To then expect people to find time to keep coming in because you dont offer basic tools is another disapointment.
